How To Use Platinum Whites

Before you begin any Platinum Whites treatment, it is import to brush and floss your teeth thoroughly.
Forming Your Custom Tray

One of the things that makes Platinum Whites so successful are the mold-able trays. Once molded correctly you'll be able to use the same trays for multiple gel applications.
To mold the tray heat water in a microwave save dish until it boils, usually about 3 minutes.
Holding the tray by the handle, completely submerge it in water, being careful not to splash your hand. Wave the tray back and forth until it is softened. It should take about 5 to 10 seconds.
Remove the tray and gentle shake off the excess water. Use your fingers to keep the tray from folding in on itself.
Next, tip your head back and place the heated tray on your upper teeth. Starting with your front teeth press firmly on the front and back of the tray. Work your way to your back teeth. Bite down and gently suck the excess water out of the tray. After one minute remove the tray.
If you didn't get a mold you like, rewarm the water and you can begin again. If you're satisfied with your mold repeat the process for your bottom tray.Remeber to wash trays thoroughly before and after eash use. Let dry completely before storing.
Applying the Whitening Solution

The first time you use the pen you'll have to have to prime it by turning the bottom of the pen clockwise until you see gel coming through on the brush. That may take 25 to 50 turns.
Once you see the gel gently paint a thin layer on the place you'd like to whiten. Avoid using too much gel, a little on each tooth is all you'll need. You can paint all the visible surfaces or just treat the troubled spots. Because to avoid getting the gel on your gums because it may cause tissue irritation.
After applying the gel, place the trays on your teeth and leave them in place for 15 to 30 minutes. When you're finished remove the trays and rinse and brush your teeth thoroughly. Rinse the trays and store them in a clean place to dry. Apply the gel daily until you get the shade you like. If you experience increased sensitivity, reduce your treatments to every other day.
